Quality ingredients, but isn't working for us.

I have no doubt that there are a lot of quality ingredients in this balm, but it just isn't working for us. I bought it for my 1 year old, who has been battling a scaly patch of dry skin on her cheek. Using this balm hasn't added moisture to her skin. It seems to be drying it out more. I am definitely disappointed....had high hopes that we would see improvement. I am going to try one of the other creams to see if we have better results.

This is a miracle in a jar. It has really helped my problem spots - nearly completely cleared up after about three weeks of use. It started working immediately. I live in the midwest, and have a hunch that this is going to be my go-to cream for winter months and dry skin.
